Very efficient. They had me in and out quickly. Just a routine maintenance with oil and tire rotation on the first 5k miles so it was easy. It was still nice not to have to wait around. I brought my Tesla in for a full detail, and Beaverton Toyota did an amazing job! My car still smells new and clean after a few weeks. I was very happy they were able to clean the hard to access space between the front seats and the console, as well as cleaning the notoriously painful glass panoramic roof. I highly recommend!
Was greeted promptly. Waiting space was comfortable. Was told it would take 90 mins or so. It took a couple hours. My guy was a little rude. But the recommended service prices were absolutely ridiculous. Extreme high end of anything I checked online. I had a Bronco for 5 years and never paid so much for servicing.

I visited this location for some work done on my vehicle. Price was ok. I went because I was offered a 20% off coupon. So that helped. Advisor that helped was a bit rude. I don’t think I’ll return due to his way of speaking to me. Very condescending.

1. The overly aggressive marketing/outreach.
2. Leaving plastic on my seats after my service.
Regarding #1: I took my RAV4 there for a recall-related thing (battery hold-down). That was it. That was all I needed and wanted from this dealership and it should've been my last & only interaction with them.
Since then, I've been getting 1-4 phone calls from them per month, despite explicitly asking them to stop. I guess my only choice is to go to the SEC/BBB and file a complaint.

I bought a 2025 Rav4 earlier this year and took my car in for the first oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I was told that I could wait in the lobby and it would take an hour, or stay with my car and it would get done in a half hour. I chose to stay with the car and I was done and on the road in 25 minutes!
I recently took my gold certified 2019 Prius Prime back to Beaverton Toyota (where I bought the car) because I had to jump start the car twice in the last 2 months. Steven was very helpful in service. I brought in my 03 Corolla with a rattly engine and he and the service dept diagnosed the issue rapidly, updated me on all services that could be needed, and then waived my diagnostic fee when the issues on my car warranted big services. Awesome guy, easy to work with, and humble. Can't recommend Steven enough.

Gerald made the process for buying my 2018 Tacoma so smooth. Used car market is a shady / dicey place and I was feeling pretty burnt on the whole process. Beaverton Toyota Service Center performed the standard interval service and a recall repair for my Tacoma without any issues. The service and turnaround time was average. I'm leaving 3 stars because the experience was average. Nothing bad or negative happened but also nothing above average happened. Reserve the 4 or 5 stars for excellent service, not standard.
These folks are always great. Friendly and prompt. Never had an oil change and service take more than 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

Beaverton Toyota is now making service customers sit in the service lobby instead of the main dealer showroom. This area is noisy and uncomfortable, without tables for laptops or kids areas. They invited me to sit in my car during service even on the lift, but required me turn off the engine. This was really uncomfortable since the cabin fan turns off. NOT an improvement from the previous customer experience.
They are very nice until you sign the paperwork. Once you sign it, they just want to wash their hands off. No care in vehicle delivery, stains not cleaned, accessories missing. They are bad at providing good competitive pricing, won’t match other Toyota dealer’s price. Took advantage of demand and less supply. The only reason I had to buy from here is because they had the car I needed in the color of my choice, otherwise I would not have bought my car from there. Be careful, shop around, if you have a choice avoid them.
